up PSP and create a new image 400x200.
Click the text button (left side, looks like the letter "A") and a popup should come up. Make your settings match mine (CLICK HERE)
Click ok. With the text still selected, go to Effects > 3d Effects > Inner Bevel. Make your settings match mine (CLICK HERE)
You should have come up with something like this:
Of course, you can play around with different numbers to get a whole different effect. I hope you learned something!
