Blends are "all the rage" these days rofl. Here I will teach you how to blend two images together using the eraser tool.
First,up PSP with these two images which you will be blending. (CLICK HERE AND HERE)
Copy the Christina Aguilera picture onto the background by pressing Ctrl+A and then Ctrl+C. Next go to Edit > Paste > Paste as new selection. Now position it where you want it and click the eraser tool. Make your settings like mine. (CLICK HERE)
Now start rubbing all you want until it looks nice. Later you can be creative and add even more effects. I didn't make mine very fancy, but here it is:
