Final Product: Brushes for PSP7.

Since Photoshop is more popular than Paint Shop Pro, most free brushes are made for Photoshop. Paint Shop Pro uses a .jbr extention for brushes, but Photoshop uses a .abr extention. It's very simple to convert!
Right click, go to the properties, and change the extention from .abr to .jbr.
Install the brush to the appropriate folder.
Now you should have brushes for PSP7!
