Sometimes you find an image that's kind of blurry but would be really great in a layout. This tutorial will teach you a great effect to make the pictures look a little smoother and cleaner.

Click on the retouch tool (left side, a little white glove thing).
Make your settings like mine (click here)
Rub around the skin a little bit until it becomes smoother. Mine looked like this:
