Final Product: A solution to the .gif error in PSP7

Sometimes pre-saved .gif files malfunction in PSP7 and won't let you edit them or use special effects. That's because they only have 256 colors, since they're saved as a .gif.
To fix this, go to to Colors > Increase Color Depth > 16 Million Colors (24 Bit).
