This tutorial will teach you how to make a light grid effect in PSP.
up PSP with your own image or the one I am providing. (click here)
Go to Effects > Texture Effects > Tiles and make your settings like mine. (click here)
Press OK. Then press Ctrl+A, then Ctrl+C, then Ctrl+Z, then Ctrl+L.
Go to Layers > Properties and change the opacity to somewhere around 10-15. Thats it! Here's what I got:
