Final Product: A sliced image

When you have a big image that takes forever to download, soemtimes it may ease the loading time to slice the image. In this tutorial, I'll teach you how.
up PSP with the layout/graphic you want to slice. Go to Export > Image Slicer.
This should look similar to the Image Slicing popup. You should have your image on the right and a few boxes on the left, with tools above.
Click on the grid tool in the Tools menu. It sort of looks like a Tic-Tac-Toe thing. A popup should come up that says "Grid Size". You can make it however many rows and columns you want. It's up to you on how many rows and columns you want. Don't do too many or it will slow the loading time.
Click on the little eye underneath the image. A new window should popup in your browser that has your image fully sliced. View the source and copy it into your layout. It should be in the form of tables. Copy ALL of it or it will not work!
