  • This tutorial will teach you how to make a cool matrixy background in Photoshop.
  • Photoshop with a 400x400 image. Press "D" on the keyboard to set it to default colors.
  • Go to Filter > Render > Difference Clouds. Then Filter > Noise > Add Noise. Set the amount to 400% with Uniform and Monocrhomatic.
  • Now add the mosaic effect by going to Filter > Pixelate > Mosaic. Set it to 13.
  • Now go to Filter > Stylize > Glowing Edges. The "Edge Width" should be set to 2, the "EDge Brightness" should be set to 8", and the "Smoothness" should be set to 3.
