This is a very simple effect and it looks nice on grungy-ish layouts.
up PSP with a new image.
Click the text button (on the left, looks like the letter "A") and match your settings to mine. (CLICK HERE)
Press OK, then with the text still selected, press Ctrl + Print Screen.
Press Ctrl + V and you get your screenshot. Cut out the selected text part, and tah-dah! Selected text!
