To make a nice graphic, sometimes it's necessary to make the picture have a nice soft glow to it. I'll teach you how to do that in this tutorial.
First,up PS with this image, or one of your own (click here)
Next you need to duplicate the layer. Go to Layers, and then Dupliate Layer.
Now go to "Filter" menu. Click "Gausian Blur". Depending on how much you want to blur it, fill in the number with what you want. I usually do around 4.0 or 5.0.
Change the duplicated layer style to overlay.
Click on the original layer in the layers tab and duplicate it again, just as you did the first time. Go to the "Filter" menu again, click "Blur", and "Gaussian Blur". Set this to 3.0.
Change the layer style of this layer to overlay, and change the opacity to whatever looks best.
Flatten the image. This is what I got:
