Ever seen a personal website with one of those cool little question boxes? Some are done manually through email, but recently people have begun using scripts that automatically put the questions in a database. It will create a fully customizable page with all the questions and answers on it, and it also comes with a cool admin panel.
Download qanda.zip and unzip all the files.
Upload all the files to their own directory (such as "/ask" or "/questions"... it's up to you!). CHMOD this directory to 777.
Go to the subdirectory where you uploaded all your files and run setup.php. This should automatically install your question and answer script.
Go to askme.php. You should see a page with a question box and some statistics (0 of 0 questions have been answered, etc.). Test out the script.
To answer the questions, go to answer.php. Your password is automatically set to "askme". Go to configuration once you log in and change your password to prevent other people from logging in.
That's it! Now you can edit the askme.php to match your layout or make a custom layout for it. Have fun!
