  • A lot of people say vectoring in PSP doesn't look good and it's "real". I think it looks just fine lol, and I'm here to show you how I do it.
  • First,up PSP with your own image or the one I provide. (click here)
  • Next, go to Noise > Edge Preserve Smooth and set it to 17.
  • Next, go to Layers > New Adjustment Layer > Posterize and set it to 9. Then go to Layers > Properties and set it to about 50.
  • This gives you a good idea of where to start filling in. Click on the draw tool, the pencil looking thing above the preset shapes tool and match your settings to mine. (click here)
  • Start picking colors with the eyedropper tool and start drawing. Make sure the color you want to use is the background color, and the foreground color is null (the zero with the slash in the middle).
  • You shouldn't just fill right along the lines of the posterization or else it will look just like a posterized pic. Try to be original and vector it along this small guide.
