This tutorial will teach you how to make a cool "watery" image.
up a new image sized 400x400 pixels. Press D on the keyboard.
Go to Filter > Render > clouds. Then go to Filter > Blur > Radial Blur and have the amount set to 38, the blur method set to spin, and quality set to good. Press OK.
Go to Filter > Blur > Gaussian Blur and set it to 2.
Go to Filter > Sketch > Bas Relief and have the detail set to 13 and smoothness set to 2.
Now you can colorize it by going to Image > Adjust > Channel Mixer. Play around with the colors until you get it to a color that you want.
Now flatten the image by going to Layer > Flatten Image. You're done! I got this:
