Yay! New layout! *cheers* Haha, but really, do you like it? Because I sure do And sorry if your resolution is less than 1024x768, but you'll live. I simply love these colors, they're beautiful. And lately, I've been lovin' the word suave. I don't have a clue why, but it's just so beautiful. Give me some feedback. Hm, we've had lots of snow lately! I took some pictures of it for those of you who are snow deprived. You can find them here. But, because of it, we were supposed to have a two hour late start for school. So I woke up this morning happy that I got to sleep in when my mother tells me that I have absolutely no school today. I checked on the school closing site, and so it was true: no school for me Mmm, I've been doing a little experimenting with Illustrator. This one is probably my favorite yet <3 Oh! I almost forgot. Wow, long time no see, eh? Well, it doesn't matter because I've got a new layout up! Comment to tell me what you think Today was my last day of school before Winter Break. But the past two weeks have been overly stressful, I have no idea how I'm still alive. The one thing that really killed me was my English paper, which was five pages might I add. My topic was how Queen Elizabeth I is related to Shakespeare. It was not easy at all. But, I was quite pleased with my end result, if I do say so myself. I added two new Textures, so go check those out. And again, forgive me for the lack of blogging, but hopefully during Winter Break I'll post more often. Nothing more to say. [Math Sucks]    02.12.04    [55 are Suave]

Ok, so that quiz I talked about in the last entry? I got a 82. Ok, I can live with that. But we just took another yesterday and got the results back today. And guess what the oh-so-smart Wajeeha got? A 68. That's 68 percent people, 68. It was worth 60 points and I only got 41 of those 60. I calculated my quiz/test average today, and it's an 82. An 82!! I can't live with that, it's a C. Sure it's the highest C, but nevertheless it is a C. I just hate math altogether, it sucks so bad. And I suck at it which makes it work. I hate numbers. Hmph. Hm, I got out of swimming. I did three days of it and pretty much quit. So she let me take a regular gym class, which (don't ever think I'll say this again but) was alot better. Pools and me don't mix. I don't have a fear of water but I'm not a fan of water in large amounts, i.e. a pool. I mean, I love taking showers; I can take over 40 minutes in there and still never get tired. But pools? Not my thing. Time for a new layout? Hum, maybe. What do you think? Once Again, Wajeeha

Thank you all for the lovely comments. And I do think I returned all of them. <3 Ok, I offically cannot swim. I'm scared of drowning because I can't seem to put my head in water and kick at the same time. It's like as if I'm physically impaired to do so. And I can only swim properly if I have someone there to guide me. I mean, I can do all the kicking and give my own force but I can't stay in the water in that postion by myself. I can't wait till this is over. Wow, I think I pretty much flunked the math quiz today. Ok, maybe saying flunked is an overestatement, but I doubt I did all that great. I didn't even answer one of them, which is so not like me. Even if I don't have a clue how to work out one of the problems, I never ever leave it blank. I usually make up something just to at least have a chance at a few points. But really, I had no clue how to do this one. Nor did I feel like it Anyway, if you're wondering what the problem was, it was simply to factor (64^3)+27. How in the world was I supposed to do that? I'm awful at factoring cubes, it just confuses me. Why can't everything just be a quadractic function? So, if anyone knows the answer to that and how to do it, please, tell me. Ah, yes, another new layout! I had actually made this a while ago, but I finally thought the time was right to use it. This week and the next I have swimming during gym, which sucks really bad. First off, the water is going to be gross and slimy. Secondly, the weather is too cold to be swimming. Oh, and I did I mention that I can't swim? Yes, I, Wajeeha, cannot swim. Laugh at me if you wish, but it's horrible not being able to swim. Very horrible. We're reading the oh-so-famous Romeo and Juliet in English class. It's a classic, and classics usually aren't so bad. But the cover is very pretty; it's a soft, pale rose pink, very nice and subtle. So, comment if you like the layout or if you see any errors. Speaking of errors, it seems as if I have a bug in my comments- whenever I blog, an X amount of comments show up from some poker site. If you know how to fix this, please tell me so. Eid Mubarak! Yay! Today was loads of fun. We all dressed up, ate yummy food, and gave out gifts. I also got to put on henna But what sucks is that I have to finish my math homework now. Hmph. Once Again, Wajeeha

I know, I know, I just had a new layout, but since Eid is this Sunday I thought it would be best to put up this layout. Btw, Eid Mubarak means Happy Eid. For those of you who don't know what the Muslim holiday Eid is, it is the feast after the month of Ramadan. Don't know what Ramadan is? Go educate yourself here. Wow. I just noticed how CRAPPY this layout looks when I make my monitor brighter. It looks AWFUL. I'm ready to tear it down, it's just gross. I'm Back! Yes, that's right, Layla is back with a new host! First off I'd like to thank Scott for being such a sweetheart and hosting me. Secondly, I want to thank Sandra for hosting me for the past few months <3 And finally, a big thank you to whoever is reading this right now because if you're here, I love you! LOL <3 So, does everyone like the layout? I think the colors are nice and soft. It went through many changes, mostly colorwise. But I like the end result. Give me some feedback. German was really funny today. Friday is the Octoberfest, which is a holiday celebrated by Germans. (It was supposed to be in October, but it kept getting postponed [sp?]) So tommarrow, some kids from my school will be going to the City to celebrate it! And in Germany, the people wear Leaderhosen (I'm not sure of the spelling) which are leather pants. So some of the guys in my class put them on today and God were they tight! Lmfao, it was hilarous. And yes, I how could I forget, Happy Ramadan! Yes, the 15th of October marked the beginning of the holy month of Ramadan and November 14th is when it ends.
